Les Petits Bisous has added a new flavor to our permanent collection! A black tea infused macaron filled with a ganache of pure white chocolate and fine black tea. We're using Simpson & Vail fine teas, which we also sell in the shop. I love this macaron, the tea's deep flavor blends perfectly with the smooth white chocolate - one macaron and you feel like you have definitely treated yourself to something special.
Wanda has lived and worked overseas since 1993 and was based in Paris, France for the last six years before returning to the US in 2011. Les Petits Bisous is a labor of love and a way to share one of her favorite Parisian delicacies with her new neighbors in Havre de Grace, Maryland.
