​SPECIAL ORDERS​​

Please allow at least TWO WEEK'S notice for special orders. 
​Special orders must be made by calling during business hours or coming in store.
Special orders consist of macaron cakes, macarons with custom shapes, custom colors and custom flavors. Please note that a pre-order is different from a custom order. Pre-orders for standard flavors, and standard items carried daily in the bakery can still be ordered the same day. Once orders are placed, minor modifications can be made; however, all sales are final.
                                                          Uh-Oh - Need a custom order and it's under one week?
- The Oopsie Order - 5-6 days notice - add 10% to the total of the custom order
- The Last Minute Order 3-4 days notice - add 15% to the total of the custom order
- The Bakers Pulls an All-Nighter  1-2 days notice- add 20% to the total of the custom order
**We will do everything in our power to make your last minute custom order possible; however, it may not be possible.​
Special orders requiring packaging (ie. favors) require at least two weeks notice to ensure that proper packaging requests can be accommodated. Please call for special orders that require packaging.
